The hotel had some pleasant surprises like nicely furnished cozy rooms, but the noise levels were a downside. The service was exceptional, although a few amenities could improve. Its location was perfect for us, but undergoing construction affected some facilities. The dining experience was satisfactory but not outstanding, considering the room rates.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice, but not as clean as I expected, and I had to wait for over an hour for my room to be ready. The service was friendly, but limited with only one desk staff covering the whole hotel. The location was convenient for my needs in the Gilbert/Chandler area. The dining was basic and pricey for what was offered.
The hotel had some positives like a convenient location and friendly service, but there were drawbacks such as outdated rooms with musty odor and poor customer service at times.
