My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice, but not as clean as I expected, and I had to wait for over an hour for my room to be ready. The service was friendly, but limited with only one desk staff covering the whole hotel. The location was convenient for my needs in the Gilbert/Chandler area.
